I started this Noblest Profession on Jan-2 ,1995 till today. I Worked in Seshadripuram High school as a Mathematics Teacher and Completed 20 years of Experience. On June -1 2014 , I joined Jnanajyothi High School as a Principal and doing my work to my Best.”Work is Worship” ,” Service to Childrens is Service to God”, is my motto.

She has 12 years of teaching kannada effectively and engaging students to ensure their learning and shaping their development. Preparing each student to succeed in a rapidly changing world. Ensuring the children to be capable of deep thinking and problem solving and also to develop the new skills among the childrens.

She has 6 years of experience in teaching, her areas of interest in planning lesson and activities that facilitate students’ acquisition of basic and advanced computer skills, instructing in a manner that develops students confidence in their abilities, observing and managing classroom dynamics. Teaching according to the educational needs, abilities and achievement of the individual students and groups of students. Adopting and working towards the implementation of the school development plan of the school they are giving service in. Assigning work, correcting, and marking work carried out by his/her students. Assessing, recording, and reporting on the development, progress, attainment, and behavior of one’s students. Providing or contributing to oral and written assessments, reports and references relating to individual students or groups of students. Providing guidance and advice to students on educational and social matters and on their further education and future careers.

She has 3 years experience in teaching Mathematics and Physics. Her dedication is to provide students with appropriate learning activities, solving the problems and designed to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, social and physical growth. She want to enable students to develop skills to function successfully in Mathematics and Physics and in further life. She conduct experiments in Physics to develop encourage enthusiasm for studying Physics and teach Mathematics tricks and puzzles to establish goals for learning activities in Mathematics and create appropriate behavior strategies in students. She has able to work cooperatively with students, parents and other teachers.

She has 11 years of experience in teaching, her areas of interest in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to all students in the class. Advising and co-operating with the Head of School, Assistant Head, Heads of Department and other teachers in the preparation and development of courses of study, teaching materials, and teaching programs. Maintaining good order and discipline amongst students under one’s care and always safeguarding their health and safety. Participating in staff, group or other meetings related to the school curriculum or for the better organization and administration of the school. Participating in school assemblies. Registering and monitoring the attendance of students under one’s care. In the case of students with severe learning difficulties and with communication problems, ensuring that a Contact Book is daily updated with the necessary information including parents’ signature

He has teaching experience of 16 Years, has thorough knowledge of Hindi grammar and literatures and has skilled in preparing curriculum and syllabus for teaching. he has vast interest in reading books, listening to music,Organising quiz competitions etc. He is able to effectively communicate with students, as well as build their trust, motivate them and understand their needs. He has awarded with Graded Certificate by DDPI office , Chikkaballapur. He has participated in various quiz competition and won prizes.

She is working as Social Science Assistant Teacher since 3 years in this institution. She is enthusiastic and energetic professional dedicated to providing students with the ability and potential to master the necessary skills to become responsible, well-educated members of the community. She instill confidence and self- esteem by providing open lines of communication and welcoming attitude when approach by students. Encourage students feedback regarding teaching methods and applying it to enhance learning.

She has 5 years of experience in teaching as Social teacher. She is proficient in teaching the students by using interactive discussions and “hands-on” approaches to help students learn and get a better understanding of the concerned subject. She is carrying out regular assessment of pupil performance, assessing and reporting on subject strengths and areas for development at different stages. She also assists students to perform well in the exams and fostering a healthy learning atmosphere in class by recognizing and nurturing the creative potential of each student

He has 6 years of experience in teaching physical Education and special training in athletics, sports,yoga and other all-round development of physical activities for students. He has conducted extracurricular activities. he has completed Referee’s examinations conducted by Karnataka association volleyball, Football, Kabaddi and athletics in the year 2012. To inspire and serve as a role model to students in achieving fitness and good health to become a part of the pool of esteemed educators at a well-known university to promote physical fitness in the institution and the community. he has conducted many sports competitions such as a state level, District level and he encourages the students to those who are participating in several sports activities. As well as guidance is given for the students to participate sports events conducted by National and State authorities.

She has 5 years of experience in teaching as a Hindi Teacher in order to use past experience and skill to further grow and develop the student career to the best of her ability. She has excellent time-management, interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills and she has exceptional knowledge of language teaching methods and methodology.

She has 15 years experience in teaching high school students, she is aware of the strategies required to achieve the highest standards of achievement.within the subject area, also a team player who can collaborate with colleagues, 100 % result in every SSLC board exams acting as a judge for cultural activities. Nurturing high level of behaviour and discipline in pupils .

She has 11 years of experience. To help the students understand the concept of science using knowledge and academic background in science and technology. Responsibilities communicating with parents regrading the class standing of each student. Ensured the safety and protection of the students in using equipments. Introducing new techniques in teaching science subject and initiating the use of power point in classreports and presentation.

She has 5 years of teaching experience in Science ( Chemistry and Biology) for High School Students as well as teaching UG students .She has Cleared KARTET Examination .She encourages students by teaching using Technology and Hands – on learning experiences. Enriches Class room time by using Experiments. Guidance is given to students to develop scientific attitude, problem solving as well as Creative (Diagrammatic Skills). She is able to work co- operatively with parents and other teachers.
